The Sapulpa Parks and Recreation Department has been closely associated with ORPS since 1988.  The Oklahoma Recreation & Park provides professionals with leadership, educational, personal and professional development opportunities in order to promote the importance of quality environmental, cultural, recreational, and park services.                                          - Oklahoma Recreation & Park Association (ORPS)
